betcuci Terms and Conditions

1. Definitions and Interpretation

In this document, the following terms carry the meanings stated:

• "betcuci" or "Platform" refers to the website betcuci.one together with all services, games and features contained within it.
• "Player" or "Member" refers to any individual who has registered a valid account on the betcuci platform.
• "Account" refers to the personal account registered by a player to access betcuci's services.
• "Real Money" refers to funds deposited by a player into their account using approved payment methods.
• "Bonus Money" refers to promotional credits credited to a player's account subject to the wagering conditions set out.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the minimum amount that must be wagered before bonus money can be withdrawn.
• "Terms" refers to this entire Terms and Conditions document including all annexures and updates in force from time to time.

Any word in the singular also includes the plural and vice versa. Section headings are included solely for ease of reference and do not affect the interpretation of any provision.

2. Account Registration and Eligibility

To register a betcuci account, each player must fully meet the following requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age on the date of registration.
• Be a resident of Malaysia and use the platform personally for entertainment purposes.
• Not be subject to any legal prohibition or restriction that prevents participation in online gambling activities.
• Register only one account — multiple accounts for the same individual are strictly prohibited.
• Provide true, accurate and current information during the registration process including full name as per MyKad, active mobile phone number, and a valid email address.

betcuci reserves the right to request identity verification at any stage. Players may be asked to submit a copy of their MyKad or other verification documents. Failure to provide the required documents within the stipulated period may result in account suspension or closure.

Each player is fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login details including username and password. betcuci is not responsible for any loss arising from the disclosure of a password to another party.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

betcuci accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, FPX online banking (including major Malaysian banks), Boost, ShopeePay, and the cryptocurrencies USDT, BTC and ETH.

The financial terms applicable to all players are as follows:

• The minimum deposit for all payment methods is RM10.
• The minimum withdrawal is RM100 per transaction.
• Withdrawal processing time is between 30 minutes and 3 hours after the request is approved.
• Withdrawals can only be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit, except in certain circumstances approved by betcuci.
• betcuci reserves the right to request additional verification before approving any withdrawal request for fraud prevention and compliance purposes.

All financial transactions on the betcuci platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM). For deposits or withdrawals in cryptocurrency, the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction will be applied.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

betcuci offers various promotions from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements of each promotion. Players are responsible for understanding these terms before accepting any bonus.

The betcuci welcome bonus gives a 100% match on your first deposit of up to RM500. The wagering requirement is 25 times the bonus amount received before bonus winnings can be withdrawn. For example:

• Deposit RM100 → bonus RM100 → account balance RM200 → wagering requirement: RM100 × 25 = RM2,500
• Deposit RM1,200 → bonus RM500 (maximum cap) → account balance RM1,700 → wagering requirement: RM500 × 25 = RM12,500

General rules for all betcuci bonuses include the following:

• Only one welcome bonus is eligible to be given to each new player.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or converted directly to cash.
• betcuci reserves the right to cancel or modify promotions at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to abuse the bonus system through opening multiple accounts or other methods will result in bonus cancellation and account closure.

Other promotions such as weekly cashback, birthday bonus, referral bonus and periodic promotions are available to eligible members. Further details for each promotion are published on the respective promotions page and are subject to the terms stated there.

5. Game Rules

The betcuci platform offers various game categories including online slots from leading developers, live casino, sports betting, sportsbook, and table games such as baccarat, roulette, blackjack and sic bo. Each game operates according to the specific rules set by the respective game developer.

Players acknowledge and agree that:

• Game results are generated by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) to ensure fairness and transparency.
• The RTP (Return to Player) for each slot game is general information provided by the game developer and is available in the information menu of the respective game.
• betcuci does not guarantee any winnings and all bets carry the risk of loss.
• Any outcome recorded by the betcuci server is final and overrides any display on the player's screen in the event of a technical discrepancy.
• Winnings resulting from technical errors or service disruptions are invalid and may be voided.

Sports betting includes local sports such as Malaysia Super League, Premier League, as well as international sports and esports. Betting odds are set by betcuci and may change before an event starts. Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled by the player.

6. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the betcuci platform:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's identity to register an account.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering or using the platform for illegal financial activities.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any technical tool that provides an unfair advantage in gameplay.
• Exploiting any bug or technical vulnerability on the platform for personal gain.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or abuse the bonus system.
• Providing false or misleading information to the betcuci support team.
• Threatening, harassing, or behaving disrespectfully toward betcuci support staff.
• Taking any action that could compromise the integrity, security, or reputation of the betcuci platform.

betcuci reserves the right to restrict access, suspend accounts, or take appropriate legal action against any player suspected or found to be involved in prohibited activities.

7. Account Closure and Suspension

Closure by Player: Players may close their account at any time by contacting the betcuci support team via live chat or email. Any real money balance remaining in the account will be processed for withdrawal subject to compliance with the applicable withdrawal conditions.

Closure by betcuci: betcuci reserves the right to close or suspend any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision in these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspicion or evidence of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Failure by the player to provide requested identity verification documents.
• A request from a competent authority.
• Accounts that have been inactive for an extended period in accordance with the current platform policy.

In cases of account closure due to fraud or breach of terms, betcuci reserves the right to forfeit all balances, bonuses, and winnings in the relevant account without any obligation to make a refund.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, betcuci is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses suffered by players arising from the use of this platform, including but not limited to:

• Financial losses arising from gambling activity on the betcuci platform.
• Service disruptions, system downtime, or technical failures beyond betcuci's control.
• Delays in processing deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party payment processors.
• Unauthorised access to a player's account resulting from the player's negligence in protecting their login credentials.

The betcuci platform is provided on an "as is" basis and betcuci makes no warranties regarding the completeness, accuracy, suitability, or continuous availability of the platform's services. betcuci will make every effort to ensure the platform operates smoothly and securely.

9. Responsible Gambling
